I have a BCM400 Rlease 4.0. I have purchased 1 ICC skill set and 5 ICC agent licences. If I install these will I have to reboot? If I do have to reboot is it automatic or can I load the key codes and reboot the system later?

This BCM400 rls 4.0 has never had any ICC activated. I installed the keycodes tonight for 1 ICC skillset and 5 ICC agents. They loaded but were in an Error state. I tried accessing the Contact Center but it has a message "Intelligent Contact Center Not Enabled". I rebooted the BCM and got the new ICC skillset and 5 ICC agent keycodes to go from Error to Active but when I access the Contact Center it still states "Intelligent Contact Center Not Enabled". Any ideas what is wrong?
