There is only one phone in the queue,the tech onsite wants it to queue to a message he has recorded. He said he calls into the queue so the ext. is busy then makes a second call in and it just rings and rings. From what I read this morning I believe that is what it is designed to do.

Some of the things you need to note about Hunt group programming:
• calls on queue provide Ringback only (no on-hold music or tones)
There is somthng in the progogramming of the HG called overflow, you set the que time up and after that time if the member is not avaliable it will overfow to an extension that you can put VM on.
You will need BASIC call center with 1 skillset , 2 agents as default.
Set the skill set up with the Agents to log in.
this way the call will then queue with anouncements.
BUT remember you need to purchase the BASIC CALL CENTRE package
