BCM400 Destination Code

I'm trying to assing 5 as a destination code, but it gives me an error of invalid value. I've checked to see if 5 was a line pool code, access or park prefix, but it's not assigned anywhere. Are there other places it could be assigned?

Nevermind I figured it out. Some of my target lines had received digits of 5.
