I have 5 BCM400s that I need to default out. I have a couple of questions.

1. The default address for LAN2 I understand to be 10.10.11.1. What is the subnet and default gateway settings?

2. Where do I download the Business Element Manager?

I believe the BCMs are running version 4.0.xx

Subnet 255.255.255.252

Gateway is what ever your router is, if its not on the network leave it blank.

A useful link to download the EM tool is available at
As for the BCM 400 systems, The default LAN's were usually

LAN1 = 10.10.10.1 Subnet = 255.255.255.0
LAN1 = 10.10.11.1 Subnet = 255.255.255.0

The BCM 50 systems tended to use the OAM subnet of 255.255.255.252.

You might want to try and use a serial port cable to see if you can obtain the IP addresses assuming that the LAN2 port was changed.

Also if you go to 10.10.11.1 or 10.10.10.1 (lan2 or lan1) you will be able to download EM locally from the BCM hard disk.
