I am currently running a BCM400 with call center. I have reporting setup on a host pc and now need to move it to newer hardware. I cannot seem to find any instructions on the best way to do this. Any help in this mateer would be most approciated.

Load the software on the new PC and under the LAN?CTE client you're using, change the computer name or IP address to the name or IP address of the new computer.

What I do is follow the RCC Troubleshooting Guide to make a backup dump of the RCC database. I install the RCC software on the new machine and configure the software. Then copy over the dump file and use MySQL to restore it on the new instance.
