I had to reconfigure a BCM400 from euro to North American. The Calling ID on the PRI was showing on the ringing number before the line was picked up. Now it only shows when the line is picked up. or I use f811. When the line rings it shows line 091. I have made the set to show name. Anything would be helpful.

In set programing under telco you program the lines to be clid so it shows before answering.

Thanks cook1082. I know that under telco features you can turn it on for each line. I want the receptionist to have CLID on the PRI T1. She is the only one that answers the phone. The CLID shows up after she picks up the phone. She has no line appearances on her phone only intercom buttons

Do the lines ring directly to the recept or an AA. If to the recept look at set programming in the lines assigned and make sure CLID is Y.And under telco the CLID set is Y.
