I am trying to get the BCM livestream client to work. I have created a user in the BCM same as user/password as PC running the CDR Client. But I always get an error ACCESS DENIED. According to the documents the BCM must be in the same Domain as the customers network. I have tried to put the BCM on the customers Domain with no luck! The IT tech has added the BCM as a PC on his Domain, but whenever I try and add it to the Domain I get an error that it cannot reach the Domain controller (that is not the exact error).Any help would be appreciated.
