BCM400 - Callpilot - skillset routing table ringing between steps

Hi guys,

I have a 4 skillsets setup on out BCM400 and one of the skillsets wants to have brief messages inserted with the hold music when a customer is in queue. I've set up the routing table to have message 1, distribute for 15secs, message 2, distribute.... etc but everytime it switches from a message to hold music you hear a brief "ringing". Is there anyway to prevent this? Or is there better way to have the messages inserted while in queue?
