BCM400 CallPilot not passing tones

Just installed/cutover a BCM400 rls. 4.0. When an incoming call is answered by the auto-attendant, "press # for the company directory," the BCM/CallPilot doesn't seem to recognize the tones. I have patches R400.160, .SU System .14, .261-Core, .SU System .18, .SU Desktop .13 loaded. Is there another patch out there that I may need? I also have enabled, receive short tones on the application DN's, no luck.

Look at Touch Tone gate setting maybe.

I loaded every patch nortel had for the BCM400 4.0 and the problem went away....
