We do not want to include the count for calls received in the que for the first 59 seconds if they abandon, nor in the calls received reporting. If the Bins are set to 59 seconds, they are still counted in the total calls and manual manipulation is not an option. This effects the Abandoned Call Report and the Summary Report.
What we are trying to do is to create a report or utilize a setting in the system that will not include these calls.
