BCM 400, Rls 4.0. I have loaded the keycode and they are currently using the Call Record feature through F989. What they want is for ALL calls to be recorded at ALL TIMES. I think you can do this with a keycode on the BCM450, which they are close to upgrading to, but wondered if there was a solution on the 400 without buying 3rd party equipment. Any ideas?
