Can anybody tell me if it is possible to do this on a call pilot if not what would I need.

I am rying to set up a call pilot to have the auto mattendant answer the call and select from about 500 people in the directory . Once I select a name have it give you a selection of either having it dial through to a mobile or a home resident in a dial through manor

you have the press # for the company directory
they are asked to enter the first few digits of the persons name
after they get in the mailbox you have the outbound transfer
(press7)where they can transfer to an outside party

the best way to have this work is to have the link transfer from the telco
and in the dialing string put a (#pause) in front of the number, the individual person has to put it in their own mailbox just put in #532 then the number
(eq) #5326131231234 will give you in the display

have you noticed that most of the error causes today are between the Chair and the desk ?????
