BCM400 call pilot not engaging

Today, I had to change my LAN 1 address on BCM400, due to changes in customers network. I changed and rebooted. Everything seemed to be working. I received a call later and was told AA/callpilot not working and all incoming calls are going to main phone instead of AA. Should I have changed IP adress relating to callpilot somewhere? or Could it just have got hung up somehow on my reboot of system? I did verify element manager is working with new ip address when I left. Any Ideas?

What about the rest of voice mail working? can they leave and check messages?

If all not working then could be a sign of failing hard drive (Callpilot cant cant reed boot files when system rebooted) or defective Base Function Tray where the caps are ready to explode.

Did you try the new IP address in EM from another PC on that network? as well just the IP address into a web browser?

Did you check programming and that AA is told to answer still? also check 982 settings.

Try another reboot.

Check the Alarm codes to see whats up too.
