2 BCM400 release 3.6 systems were upgraded to 4.0. I can access 1 of them and launch Call Pilot with the "Launch" button but cannot on the other one. If I launch IE and put in the IP address and string, I can get into Call Pilot. What could make the "Launch" button not work?
