BCM400 - Call Pilot - CCR Transfer to External Number

Hey all, I am setting up a AA with a CCR requiring a Transfer to an external number.
I set option1 as a TRANSFER - ROUTE - 9XXXXXXX and it does not transfer, just loops around to the greeting.

I have set up FAX and used the ROUTE option in individual mailboxes that will allow outbound FAX. It worked with no problems.

So the call will be a PRI to PRI call. Trunk to Trunk.

Is there an allow option somewhere that I am missing?

We have FAX Suite and when I configure the Mailboxes Outdial type all I put in that field is Route and it works.
When FAXing out, we put the 9,xxxxxxx
No problems with it
in the CCR Tree I entered Route and then the phone number with a 9 prefix just the same as i would if faxing out.

Greeting loops and will not even attempt.

Possible Trunk to Trunk denied?


 

I tried entering in the dial string and got an error message:

The telephone number can cotain only digits and any of #, *, P, D, p, d

 
Yes, I tried with 9 and without. No area code. We have a PRI that allows 7 digit dialing within the area code. Normally a phone would dial 9 and the 7 digit number.
The PRI pool in BlocA dial 9 access code.
We used to have copper lines access code 8 - Pool A

Unfolding issue....

I got it to transfer to external number on the second level path to external!

First level will not Transfer to external.

All i have in the second level external transfer is

It works but would like it to work on the first menu too.

I turned off repeat CCR menus and it works now.

Auto-Attendant Properties

REPEAT CCR MENU PROMPTS - OFF

I hope it is not needed ON for some other reason.

Hope this thread helps someone else if they have the same problem.
