bcm400 call center reporting

I have a BCM400 3.6 and I would like to know if my data is still present on my BCM once transferred to the Call Reporting Server or if the data is deleted from the BCM.

A company has installed a newer version of the CCRS on a client machine and all the old data has been copied to another folder. Is there a way to merge both MySQL database so the new CCRS database contains data from the update and data present before the update.

The call data is on the BCM. It stays there forever until, the buffer is filled then it deletes, oldest first.
