We recently acquired another company in another state. We have a BCM400 and they have a BCM50, connected across a vpn. We have configured the routing so that we can connect extension to extension. The BCM400 extension are 1XX and 2XX, while the BCM50 are 5XX. I would like to have a caller coming into the auto attendant at either location to be able to enter the extension and get there, regardless of physical location. However, the auto attendant only seems to recognize the local extensions. Is there a configuration step that I'm missing? Thank for any help.
