BCM400 and Nice Perform Express

We have 12 NPX's connected to BCM400. We are getting Interactions that are split into Interactions. Meanint the same call could contain 4 Interactions with separate Interaction ID's. We do not use CTI only on\off hook. Nice saying NPX recieving notification to stop/start recording.
Anyone experience this yet?
 
hi do you have a vox driver on NPX? are you sure logger is using on/off hook as it sounds like activity detection to me hence multiple calls in one segment.
 
Hi we recently started noticing the same problem. The NPX creates a new segment everytime an event happens on the call. An event being hold, conf, transfer etc. What we've found by testing in our lab is that the NPX is considering the pressing of any button an event, and creates a new segment of the same call any time any button is pressed. We tested this by dialing into VM from a recorded phone and listening to messages. sure enough, when we queried the call we had about 7 segments of the same call. We also made a random call and started pressing random numbers from the dialpad. Again, when we queried the call there were multiple segments of the same call. We then did the same test after applying upack 15 on the NPX. The problem went away
