I have an issue with a BCM400 rls 4.0,it started last week all the digital sets will stop working, they start blinking and the only way to bring them back up is to do a cold restart, all my IP sets work great, they continue to work even if the digitals don't, we are one patch update behind the current release, the temperature in the server room is adecuate and teh dust level is low, no dust bunnies inside the BCM, and thats about it, no analogs, no RCC, any input in apreciated.
Thank you

I have seen a power supply cause this problem before.

As well as a bad slot

I've seen this on a DSM 32...replaced the card to fix the problem...are all your sets on one card?

I guess I should have said card as well but I thought that would be a given.

well, it does depend if "all digital sets" are on multiple cards, then it could be something else.

They are on multiple cards but I'll check in the morning maybe all the active sets are on one card only.
Thank you

I just found that this machine was upgraded from 3.7 to 4.0, there was a bulletin issued by nortel 2006007338, they suggest replacing they Y cable assembly and the power supply.
