new here so please cut me some "slack"...I have an issue whereby I'm programming DDI line to be redirected to another number over both PRI (ISDN30E) & DASS2.
The systems are both BCM400 & 50 both RLS4.0,
The issue I'm having is the redirect is not working, I have programmed the number in the redirect "box" preceded by the 9 as the access code followed by the number I wish the DDI to be re-direct.
On some systems I'm getting NU, on others PET, also the site will answer me????
I have several systems that I need this working on, all are programmed the same, some work others I'm getting what I've previously mentioned.
There are routes on the systems, setup to route over C&W (132 access when site dial 9).
I have removed the routes but still not joy, also removed any restrictions.
I've monitored the i/c call seen it hit the switch and get re-directed back over another channel but not ring the number I've programmed.
I've not tried external call forward from the phones as some site do not have phone connected(they are inactive DNs).
I swaying to the issue possibly being DATA build on either the ISDN30 or DASS2?
The customer I'm trying to get this working for has 36 BCM's, 26 are woking no problem, it's the other 10 that I'm having the issue with.
Not sure what else I can add to help?????without making this too long a story!!!!!
