Has anyone done this upgrade? If so, how long did it take and were there any issues?
Thanks

I've done a few and if this is your first one, I would really take my time and plan it out ahead of time.

I took about 6 hours for my first one but have it down to about 4 now. As long as you follow the steps you won't have any issues.

Good Luck.

As long as you follow the steps including:
Apply the latest system update.
Run DMM to export the data off the BCM 4.0
Upgrade the hardware.
Apply the latest system update.
Run DMM to import the data into the BCM 450.

I had Avaya change the upgrade guide, as it does not include pre-requisite Service updates that DMM requires. If you just follow the upgrade guide, without meeting the prerequisite system updates, telephony will not import correctly. I don't know if Avaya have released the new upgrade guide publicly yet.

regards
