BCM400 4.0 Unified Messaging

Hello All,
I have a BCM400 4.0 all patched and updated to current and user just bought new win7/outlook 2010 computers and we can't get unified messaging to work? Installs ok but when we try open .wav PC Freezes, any ideads or is there a newer version of UM to try?

The latest UM client only supports 32 bit Outlook 2010, you are probably running 64 bit.

I was under the assumption you need to be on 6.0 to use win 7 , maybe I'm wrong

Try loaing the Nortel PBX UM 5.0. Not the BCM's. It will work on the BCM.
