BCM400 4.0 trouble viewing content

Hello all,
We have a BCM400 4.0.2.03 that when trying to view active sets, Line cfg etc comes up with blank screens has anyone seen this before. last Patched with 018 and 029 sys and desktop

System 033 and Desktop 020 are latest so your a tad out of date.

-Update your Java -

That should work, and dont forget to patch to latest.

Curlycord I downloaded both New EM & java no dice my freind

So seem like it could be anything.

Wrong version of java (maybe try 1.5 and 1.6)
Patches not up to date
Hard Drive
MSC card
BFT

Are there any other symptoms? The phones working correctly?

Phones work fine no known issues except cannot see to program anything besides telset programming

Have you tried viewing from a different computer plugged directly into the bcm?

on site with local pc, remote through my pc plus coworkers pc all same issue / nothing

Best thing is to do a reboot of the system.
Then try it.

Funny I did a power recycle and all viewing came back but all ip sets stopped working so i did a soft reboot and the ip sets came back but the viewing disappearred again any suggestions? Maybe HD crapping out?

Looks like the start of HD corruption..

If you have a Linux guru around pull the hard drive and ask them to run fsck on all the partitions, 12 in total unless the hard drive is failing this usually fixes most corruption problems.

One day i will get round to documenting this procedure

If its not broke tweak it..
