Hey everyone, I have an issue with a BCM400 4.0. I can access the unit through Element manager without issue. However I can't launch the CallPilot web page and when I try to access it through the IP to open the web page itself it won't let me. I am running Element Manager 61 and have no problem accessing other units.
As a side note this was a BCM 400 3.7 that was recently upgraded to 4.0. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Use the link below to upgrade to the very latest 62.0.4 (Only found this out tonight!)

Also what version of Windows Explorer are you using?. I'm guessing that the BCM is fully patched?.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

I will try this newest version firebirdscrambler thanks, and it is patched, Also curlycord, the Java level I am at is Oracle 6 which I believe is the latest, and I have tried accessing the callpilot via webpage without success as well.

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the h/d having been upgraded from 3.7 to 4.0? We didn't do a software upgrade on the unit we physically swapped out the 3.7 for a formatted and imaged 4.0 and then installed the keycode in KRS and then in the BCM itself...so essentially the h/d was never a 3.7

I've had similar problems with 4.0 HDD's.
There is a known issue with a couple of services not starting properly due to file corruption.
Go to the Administration tab, open the General folder, and select Service Manager.
Click on the Status column title twice to sort by status. This should bring any stopped services to the top. Generally the only service in a stopped state is apcupsd.
If you see HTTPD stopped, you've found the problem.

Just want to follow up on the ideas and thoughts, it was just as SupportDude said, I checked into the services and the HTTPD was stopped, I wasn't able to get it started so I ended up just re-imaging the h/d and went through a few powerdowns and reboots to make sure everything started correctly each time and it was working great. Thanks again!
