I have a recently installed 400 with a PRI and tried to set night ring on it and it WILL NOT WORK regardless what I do.

I have programmed night ring for years on Nortel BCMs, MICS and CICS, with PRI or Analog trunks and have not had it to not work until now.

The AA is set to answer after 6 rings and does that just fine. Night ring will not take over whether I set it to manual, auto, program a key, or do it without a programmed key. It indicates that the services are on, however, it doesn't take over and the system continues to ring for 6 rings before the AA cuts in.

If I manually set the target line to 0 rings, then it answers at the first ring, but to do this every day is unacceptable.

Has anyone else run across this?

Did you uncheck the "attendant available" box in aa programming? Try unchecking "answer lines" and see if that helps.
