BCM400 4.0 Memory Issue

Customer has a BCM400 4.0 with approx. 40 VM seats and 40 UM seats. They have about 30 digital phones and no IP phones. I went out today and the BCM had a critical alarm 11502 "Platform Status Monitor-System out of memory". The BCM is all patched up to the date of install. The system has been installed for about 2 weeks.
