BCM400 4.0 CallPilot questions

Hello all, my company has picked up a new customer with a BCM400 4.0 and my contact person is turning out to be a real pain in the neck. He wants to know if the message notification prompt "if you've received this message in error, please press 2" can be turned off or removed and also he wants to know if messages can remain new and not automatically become saved messages after listening to them. I was going to tell him no on both counts but I thought I'd run his questions past the gurus at tek-tips first. Thanks in advance.

No and no on the second one seems he wants to emulate outlook e-mail.

Someone gets your password checks your messages and set them as new it will never happen.
