When I backup our BCM50 6.0, the CallPilot is the only service that stops. For just a couple of minutes.
I want to backup a customer's BCM400 4.0 but I get a prompt that says there may be a disruption in services.
Question - does performing a backup on a BCM400 4.0 cause the BCM to stop running during the backup process?
I'd like to do this during working hours but I don't want to take the customer down.
