BCM400 4.0 backup

Hello,

When I backup our BCM50 6.0, the CallPilot is the only service that stops. For just a couple of minutes.

I want to backup a customer's BCM400 4.0 but I get a prompt that says there may be a disruption in services.

Question - does performing a backup on a BCM400 4.0 cause the BCM to stop running during the backup process?

I'd like to do this during working hours but I don't want to take the customer down.

You can backup any BCM system during the day as long as they don't use ACD agents. The agents will be logged out during the backup. Check beforehand if any exist on the system.
