In your experience, is the BCM 400 4.0 compatible w/ Windows 7 64? It's a situation that he's not taking no for an answer & asking if the file is corrupted. Talk about no good deed goes unpunished, LOL ...

I had issues with UM & LAN CTE with win 732 64 BIT & when they switched to 32 BIT it worked, good luck
