Over the pass year we had numbers problems. They range from unable to dial out over our T1(no line availble),unable to leave voice mail message to missing data from the lines were auto attendant to pickup (table 1).

Have you checked the (BFT) Base Function Tray for the green Caps? if you have them, you only have until 12/31/06 to get it replaced for free from Nortel.
