Hi,

i have loaded the rcc software on a new PC with XP pro SP3 and loaded iis6 with Java 1.6.

I can log onto the rcc software and have java running but the rcc software does not want to collect any data from the BCM. It will also not complete the CCRStest page.

Any ideas would be very helpful

Thanks

Have you tried pulling the data with the firewall off? Also I know its a stupid question but what version of BCM, and can you ping the BCM fromt the PC?

Scratch the version of BCM I see it in the subject line. When you go to the menu for Contact Center Collection check that you have the correct IP to the BCM and that you have the port field left blank.

Try Patching BCM 400 version 3.7 with BCM370.237UM3 to support Java 1.6. Add the latest patch for RCC BCM370.252RCC, also add BCM370.227VM.Reinstall RCC after Patch.

Hi,

The firewall is not on. I can access the bcm from the pc in question and can make changes as required to the programming and have loaded all of the latest patches as recommended by Nortel/BT.

I can access everything but it will not download the data for the reporting software.

I see you load the iis6, but did you program the IIS to see the path to the RCC folder and also have you programmed the application pool? Please see starting page 44 of RCC setup and operation guide.

It does not show the "web service extensions" on the IIS. How do i rectify this?
