BCM400 3.7 RCC update problems

I have the BCM400 3.7 with call center reporting. I have W2K Professional with IIS installed. The call center is operational and functioning perfectly, set the CCRS password and enables call center streaming... Installed the Reporting for call center, set the IP address to the BCM such as 192.168.1.53.. entered the CCRS password.. selected use SSL, selected my client IP address to my client PC, chose 15 minutes for the make data requested every, and wallboard and real time refresh at 3 seconds.

When I hit submit, it says "This process may take awhile...." and I wait for probably 30 minutes.

Nothing is updated during that time.

Any suggestions?

Depending on the amount of data in the reports, which could be alot if the CC has been operational for a while, it could take longer than 30minutes. Nortel support has even suggested letting it run overnight.

If that doesn't work, reboot the BCM, that might clear it. Might want to do this step first, if possible. It COULD save you alot of time.

As always, ensure you have all the latest VM and CC patches.
