I have a BCM400 3.7 that had a problem that voice mail was down. After rebooting the BCM the voice mail is still down and now I cannot access the BCM via lan or the serial port. The system only has a PRI and digital phones which are still processing calls okay. Can the hard drive be bad and still allow the system to process TDM calls? Any ideas which part would be the first to replace since I have no access to the system?
