BCM400 3.7 Caller ID 1

Hello everyone - I work in a 2 person IT shop where we just had a BCM400 running 3.7 installed. We just came off of an old Merlin system, so we no next to nothing about the BCM. But, we've got to learn fast!

Right now, we are trying to get caller ID to display on our T7316E sets. We have 10 analog lines coming in, and use auto attendant. The to display caller ID, but what we see is the trunk line and the word transfer.

We have set the auto called ID to Y under the Telco features of the active DN, but there must be something else that we're missing.

Can anyone help us with this?

You will need to let the lines ring twice before the AA picks up the call.

We noticed that either the name or the number, but not both displays. Do you know if the system can display both?
