Customer has approx 25 physical phones with voice mailboxes on-site, they have approx 25 users constantly on the road who do not have physical phones but require DID numbers, extensions and voice mail boxes. I am able to f986 a caller to the persons mailbox, how would I get to the mailbox directly from their DID or calling it internally? When the extension is called and doesn't physically exist, it goes to the operator. As it should. Anyone done this or have a work around? Thanks

I usually use the last DID number in my range as the Vmail callin Number.

When the user dials the Vmail DID number, when it answers you hit **, enter your Vmail box number and then password.

Build a target line with the appropriate received digits. Set the prime set of the line to the voicemail DN. Add that target line as an express messaging line in the users mailbox. When you call that DID number, you go right to that particular voicemail box.

No way to call it internally - you'll need to use F980 to compose a message to that user.

What do you mean by "make it prime to the Vmail DN?" Prime line give me the options of I/C, Pool A or NONE? Now when I call it goes to the Gen Delivery Mbox.

Thanks biv343, works like a champ. This site and the persons/techs who contribute to it are the best I've ever worked with. Thanks again to all.
