We have a BCM400 release 3.0 with a PRI connected to a DTM MBM where incoming calls get a busy from the outside. Dialing out works fine. this system has been in service for awhile so the programming shouldn't be an issue. Verizon claims the problem is on CPE side.(typical with them) BCM monitor won's show any active lines when calling out so I am not sure how troubleshoot the incoming DID problem. I have restarted the LMS service under the service manager tab to try and get it working but it still isn't. Any ideas would be great. Thanks.
