bcm400 3.0 call pilot down

call pilot is down. i can not log in to the bcm by LAN or HYPERTERMINAL. i have changed out the BFT, it did not fix the problem. i changed MSC, still not up. put the original MSC back in. i've got a chassis and harddrive coming tommorrow. is there any other way i can get into the bcm to attempt backing it up. does anyone think it is the hard drive or the chassis?

Probably the hard drive. I've seen a handful of systems with bad BFT's end up with corrupted hard drives. This usually happens after the BFT has gotten so bad that the system continually reboots.

If you don't have a backup on an external server, you'll be out of luck.

Is it a Dual drive? I have had problems with the RAID card and I took it out and ran on 1 drive fine. it wouldn't boot until I hook stright to the primary harddrive.
