BCM400 2.5 to 3.7 upgrade

Couple options - upgrade from 2.5 to 3.01, 3.01 to 3.6, then upgrade from 3.6 to 3.7. Probably looking at 6-8 hours for all that.
The official Nortel stance now that the 2.5 to 3.0 upgrade expired is to replace the hard drive with a new drive preloaded with 3.7 software. You then need to reapply keycodes and rebuild voicemail/applications/VOIP stuff.
Depending on the size of the system, imaging a drive with release 3.7 and reprogramming would probably be the fastest route.
