Hello All.
New to this site.

Hopefully someone can help me. I'm sure it pretty easy to fix.

Our receptionist was having problems with her phone. It is an M7324. I took out her old phone and replaced it with another. Same model.

Now everytime she picks up a caller she needs to turn the volume up. She cannot hear the caller. If she adjusts the volume level then hangs up and picks up another call she then needs to adjust the volume level again.

How do you set it up so it retains the volume level after hanging up the phone?

Thanks All!

It's a global system setting, change from System Volume to User Volume.

Check the release of the phone, you need rls 5 or higher.

Thanks guys. The volume was already set for "User Volume" and I am not able to test out the solution with using a set that is rls 5 or higher because I am all out of phone sets. I will be ordering some more phones and will ensure they are above rls 5. Once I test it out I will post my results.

Thanks for your quick response. Greatly appreciated!!!
