BCM4.0 External Call Forward 2

I am a little unclear on why this is happening but one of our BCM4.0's will not allow CFE. The route and Desty code have been built. you can enter the 8 then number just fine. but when you call in AA picks up tranfer to x234 the call just hangs there no ringing, nothing.

The call forwarding works fine on extension or voicemail just will not do it externally.

If I press intercom then 8 and number works fine so I know my desty code and route are fine.

I also made sure that the phones have line redirect set to yes.

Any thoughts?

Do the voicemail DNs have access permission for the trunks the calls go out on?
 
I have double checked the settings for the CFE. and allow redirect is checked and redirect ring is checked. I have rebooted the BCM as well.

What is happening is when a user has there phone hard call forwarded to an external number. The caller calls in heres the AA greeting dials there extension and then the call releases after a sec or 2. This happens with all extensions that our techs try it on.

If you call x238 from x239 then it works fine maeings the call will transfer to x238 cell phone that is programmed in.

For what what ever reason the calls get disconnected coming the outside and then trying to send it back out again.

There are 2 PRI's.

1 for incoming and outgoing calls
1 for Call center calls

All general calls come in out through the primary PRI. The 2nd PRI is only for a handfull of DID's that are answer by the call center only. Out going calls never go to the 2nd PRI.

I've seen this cause some strange problems with ECF.

Go to Resources>Telephony Resources and highlight your PRI.
In the bottom panel select the Trunk Module Parameters tab.
Make sure the "Send Name Display" box is not checked.
