Hello Group,

Fighting with a BCM/Call Pilot issue that follows;

2 system BCM setup

site A BCM 400 3.7 with PRI and VOIP trunks MCDN DN's 27xx
site b BCM 200 3.7 with Voip trunks & copper trunks MCDN DN's 35xx

Problem is with trying to dial into site A with main DID number 2700
Call pilot answers the line fine, but then cannot dial thu AA to remote site B DN's 35XX
Keep getting "you have dialed an invaid ext." It seems that
Call Pilot site A will not reconize any of the B site DN ext's.

Further testing showed that, we can presently do trunk to trunk transfers from both locations via VOIP trunks, we are using remote pkgs on both sites, so I know routing should be setup ok. Have also allowed and checked Network transfers on both mail systems.

Further testing showed that, I can dial into site b directly via a local line answered by the AA and dial any site A DN's with no problems. It is just site A that has the issue of not "seeing" or reconizing the 35xx DN's

Has anyone seen or had this problem.

Before any one should ask, yes many reboots on both systems.

Maybe it's a software issue?? Does any one have a link to the latest patchs for call pilot voicemail.

Current ver of both systems is 37.00.87.22

Thanks in advance.

TJ

Have you built target lines at both sites and destination codes and routes.

yes, both sites have target lines assigned, with routes and destination codes.

If I'm at site A I can 4 digit dial site B via VoIP with no issues.

I think its a call pilot issue, but can't prove it.
The call tracking via BCM monitor is lost once the call is answered by vm.

Yes, as stated in my original post. Network transfers is turned on.
