BCM3.7 call logging not working

BCM 3.7 installed in Jan 2007 and patched in 2009.
I went to setup call logging on a phone. I went to several places in programming and set it up. PRI DID calls to X222 rec'd digits 422. Target line is set to prime to X222. Log unanswered calls, and log space 20. Testing an inward call which then goes to Vm results in F812 no logged calls. I tried answering the call also.
Nothing seems to make it log the call. Is there a known issue with 3.7 and call logging?
 
There are only a few steps to get this working.

1- make sure you chg the set to call log set
2- add call log space
3- add how you want it to work, log all calls, unansd, etc.

press f*84 to check how it's logging calls, if you have all this done then could be a possible patch issue.

I do have that done. I thinks it's a patch issue myself.
