I am doing an upgrade in the morning. I ran the pre-check and it failed because the CDR files were too big. I need to clear those out but I don't know how. Has anyone tackled this before. Thanks.

Get to the CLI of the box, go to the e:\ftproot\cdrftp folder. Should be able to delete them from there.

Or, try this. In the Unified Manager, click on Call Detail Recording, Configuration, Clip File. Not sure what that does exactly, if it creates a new file, or if it purges old ones.

I have done that and it says that there are 0 bytes. However, the upgrade will not run because it keeps coming back telling me that the CDR files are too big.
