BCM3.6 "ACCESS DENIED"

Hello Nortechs,

I recently had a bcm crash just to find out the OS got screwed (some DLL file corrupt error). I've since re-imaged the drive and got it back working to the correct verion 30DaG17 ,patched to SU 99.3. and patched the apache service using the patch from nortel.
However , I restored from a saved backup (months old)NOw all my DN's are up and Ok but the BCM LED's keep flashing ,I can get to the Web Logon interface ok at(192.168.123.22:6800)but whenever I try to login I get the message "ACCESS DENIED" and I know the password and username are correct.

What may I have overlooked?

Is the Nortel symbol one of the flashing leds? If so then u won't be able to login. Is Callpilot down too? Try F985. If so then u probably have a HD issue.
 
yes the nortel symbol led is flashing ( the six led's in the middle)

hard disk will flash occasionally, power, fan and temperature are solid green.
