BCM3.6 build3.1a upgrade to 3.7 1

I'm trying to get this upgraded to 3.7
the upgrade guide says it is for BCM3.6 2.3c with cumilative patch 1

Is build 3.1a same as release 3.1a?
Is there a specific part number for upgrading to BCM3.7 for this release (i have the NTAB3454 dated Apr 2005)

Build 3.1a is BCM 3.6 with cumulative patch 2 applied at the factory.

I've upgraded a BCM 3.6 build 3.1a to 3.7 with no issues.

it went thru fine.

Not that I'm aware of. I never knew the difference until I tried to apply cumulative patch 2 to a new BCM and it wouldn't go. I called ITAS, and they told me that build 3.1A includes CP2. Sure wish that stuff was published....
