I think the bcm200 will "do" the following but want to confirm this as nortel's web site is somewhat unclear here are my requirements for the voicemail tree
1. it must support IVR i.e. "press or say one"
2. networkable if it gets input from another part of the network i.e. network server it must be able to change one part of the tree from greeting A to greeting B or Greeting C
3. in the tree, it must be able to transfer the caller to a "Warm body" if the caller is given the option,
4. be able to collect some stat's as to how many calls, how long they where in the tree,
5, I would like to be able to network into it and be able to change or add to the tree as needed

I don't see an issue with any of these, with the possible exception of collecting stats to see "how long they were in the tree". I'm not sure if that info is captured on the BCM or not. I know we can see a CCR tree stat report where each menu can be seen by day, however I am not sure if it shows you any more than merely how many calls received to that option.
I'll let one of the other BCM gurus respond to that one.
