BCM200 Mailbox services

Hi All

I need to create a mailbox which can notify the person and for someone to be able to press 7 and be transfered to the persons cell phone, but in case he doesnt answer, to be returned back to the mailbox.

Can this be done, and how?

Once you press 7 and transfer out of the mailbox it is a blind transfer meaning not supervised it is not coming back.You can use notification that way the message is there and can deployed to different phone #'s to check the message or if equipped send message via email.

ok how can i setup to transfer out of the mailbox?

In voice mail set the class of service check to allow transfer, in manager programming program class of service to mailbox,also line or pool to dial out for that mailbox, if using pool in phone system make sure extension that corresponds with mailbox is allowed to acces pool,then acces mailbox and follow prompts. When enabled prompts will play to help you program number you want to use.
