BCM200 keeps disconnecting BEM connection...

BCM200 Release 4 with patch bcm.r400.su.system.034-201206 version 1.0-1.0 (June 2012) applied. Element Manager ver60.3.0 is used to connect to it via the network. Lately, the BCM disconnects the EM session shortly after logging in. I have asked the customer if they can connect via OAM port but have not heard back as yet. Anyone come across this behavior before?

 
This is sorted out, but I appreciate the forum resources to bounce problems like this off of. Do I get any points for this? ;-)

Actually, I have been notified that the problem is back. I have asked the customer to try connecting through the OAM port to see if it maintains a connection (excludes timeouts) and also using the regular port but with a separate VLAN or stand-alone switch directly to his workstation to eliminate any "new" network configuration problems. I hope to have an update in the next day or so.
Back to my original question, then. Has anyone seen this behavior before?
