BCM200 Internal Error: Unable to move backup file into candidate area

I get this error message everytime I try to make a restore on a BCM200 R4, this BCM was restored using the BIT Tool, then we did a restore with a recent backup and SOME information was restored, we found an older backup but everytime we try to put it we get this error.

Using the latest Avaya Element Manager on win7 starter machine

How can I correct this without having to restore the BCM again, thanks a lot
