BCM200 can not get into programming

We have the IP address and can get to the GUI interface but after entering the user's name and address it takes a long time and we get an error saying the Dcomm server is busy please try later this has been going on for couple of weeks before this we also got on. Also trying to get into programming from the phones is not working we do have the correct passwords. Please help

Have you tried to reboot? Thats all I can think of.

Can you ping the IP address. Butthe phone access issue what does it say/error.

Things to try:
-Reboot BCM
-Try logging from the OAM port
-Replace Power Supply (or try one from a PC)
-Restore from a backup
-Check BFT for bad capacitors, if they are green or ready to burst then replace the BFT
-Swap Hard Drive for a new one of same release and restore from backup

You should always mention your software release when posting too.
